Choose this browser tab when asked. You then have six seconds to scroll to the part causing problems. Only the visible part is captured. Preview it, save it, then attach the image to your email to Bex.
Another way to take a screenshot
Windows: press Windows + Shift + S, select the area, then paste it into your email with Ctrl + V. Mac: press Shift + Command + 4, select the area, then attach the saved image. On a phone, use its usual screenshot buttons and attach the picture from Photos.
