Another way to take a screenshot

Windows: press Windows + Shift + S, select the area, then paste it into your email with Ctrl + V. Mac: press Shift + Command + 4, select the area, then attach the saved image. On a phone, use its usual screenshot buttons and attach the picture from Photos.
